How United RM handles the information you share when you book a consultation, fill out our contact form, or visit our website.
1. Who we are
United RM (“United RM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a revenue operations consulting agency. We help sales and marketing teams unify their CRM, automation, and data tools into one revenue operating system. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website at united-rm.pages.dev and any related touch points such as our consultation booking form and email correspondence.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to share with us, plus a minimum of technical information needed to keep the website running. We do not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels.

When you click Book a Consultation and complete the form, we collect the following fields:

If you contact us at hello@unitedrm.com, we receive the email address you write from and whatever content you include in the message.
2.3 Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may receive and process limited technical information about your visit for security, abuse prevention, and traffic-routing purposes. This may include your IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and a timestamp. United RM does not maintain its own server logs, and we do not link this information to your identity.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Reply to your consultation request and schedule an introductory call.
- Prepare for the consultation by reviewing the context you shared.
- Send follow-up communication directly related to your inquiry.
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your information to send marketing emails, build look-alike audiences, train AI models, or sell to third parties. We do not enroll you in any email list unless you explicitly opt in.
4. Legal basis for processing (EEA / UK residents)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing your information are:
- Your consent when you voluntarily submit the consultation form.

6. Third-party services used on this website

- Cloudflare — hosting and security for the page itself.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
- logo.dev — serves the brand logos shown in our integrations grid.
We do not set tracking cookies or share your form data with any of these providers.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep the information you submit through the consultation form only as long as needed to respond to your request and follow up on the resulting conversation. If you decide not to move forward with United RM, we typically delete the inquiry within 12 months. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time by emailing hello@unitedrm.com.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your information (the “right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object to how we process your information.
- Request a portable copy of your information.

9. Cookies and tracking
United RM does not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may use strictly necessary cookies for security and abuse prevention. These cookies are limited to that purpose and are not used to track you across sites.
10. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us, including HTTPS encryption for all traffic between your browser and our site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your information with the same care we’d expect for our own.
11. International users
United RM is based in the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using our website, you consent to such transfers, subject to the protections described in this policy.
12. Children’s privacy
